New customers ordering prescription pet food, please allow 24-72 hours for us to hear back from your Veterinarian for an approved/denied authorization before your shipment.
PetRx utilizes all of the major carriers for shipping, depending on location and weight. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.
Our warehouse is located in Southern California. Ground Service transit time is typically 1-5 business days. On rare occasions, shipping times may be extended due to factors beyond our control.
-Due to Covid-19 and higher demand, USPS and Fedex deliveries may be delayed. Please refer to your tracking number provided in your confirmation email for more information.
Please contact us within 60 days of purchase if you aren't completely satisfied. We'll do everything we can to make it right for you.
You'll receive a refund of the purchase price, minus a $7 restocking fee. Products must be returned in original packaging and unused (unless damaged upon delivery)
