Do you ship prescription items to my state?

Currently, PetRx offers prescription pharmacy items to California residents only.

Veterinary diets and treats may be shipped to all 50 states.

How do I order my pet's prescription items?

You'll be prompted to enter your pet's information as you add each Rx item to your cart.  We'll save this information on file for easy re-orders.  When your order is placed, we'll contact your veterinarian via fax and telephone to obtain the approval.

How will you contact my veterinarian?

We will contact your veterinarian via fax.  If we do not receive a response from them, our pharmacy technicians will follow up with them via telephone.

How can I submit my written prescription directly to PetRx?

If you have a written prescription, you may email a clear picture of it to us at staff@petrx.com.

What is the status of my order?

New Order - We have received your order.  Thank you!

Warehouse Fulfillment - Your order has been submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment and will ship soon.

Awaiting Tracking Information - Your order has been submitted to the manufacturer for fulfillment and is being prepared for shipment.

Pending Veterinarian Approval - We are contacting your vet for authorization of your pet's prescription items.

Shipped - Your order has shipped and tracking information has been sent to your email.

Who do I contact if my pet has a negative reaction to the medication?

Please contact your veterinarian immediately if your pet has a negative reaction to the medication.
