Do you ship prescription medications?

We are currently re-applying for our California pharmacy license and expect to be back up and running by 2022 or sooner.  

 

How will you contact my veterinarian for my pet's prescription diet?

We will contact your veterinarian via phone or fax for approval.  If we do not receive a response from them within 24-72 hours, we will contact you.

 

I have my pet's written food prescription, can I submit it to you for faster approval?

Yes! If you have the written prescription for your pets prescription diet, you may email a clear picture of it to us at staff@petrx.com

 

What is the status of my order?

New Order - We have received your order.

Warehouse Fulfillment - Your order has been submitted to our warehouse for fulfillment and will ship soon.

Awaiting Tracking Information - Your order has been submitted to the manufacturer for fulfillment and is being prepared for shipment.

Pending Veterinarian Approval - We are contacting your vet for authorization of your pet's prescription diet. 

Shipped - Your order has shipped and tracking information has been sent to your email.
