Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be un-opend with all original safety seals. Refunds occur within 2-3 business days of return. Customers are liable for original shipping and handling charges and the cost or return.
Please check your order carefully before submitting. Contact us immediately (preferably before we ship it) at staff@petrx.com or you can telephone us toll free at (888) 889-1814 if you need to make changes to your order.
If you discover an error after receiving your order, send us an email at staff@petrx.com.com. Save the box and packaging for return. We will advise the appropriate warehouse return address, or issue a FedEx “Call Tag”.
Errors made by petrx.com will be remedied free of charge.
