Q: How much will shipping and handling cost?
A: You can calculate the S & H Fee for the UPS shipping method before checkout by adding the product to a shopping cart then entering your zip code in the a box that appears in the left hand column.
S & H rates are calculated according to UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Delivery Rates. Typical Fees are $5 to $10 depending on the shipping method chosen.
Free shipping is available for all orders over $99.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Transit times vary from 1 - 5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Transit time estimates are given during checkout.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my login or password and I need to place an order?
A:Your login is your email address. You can retrieve your password with the "e;Forgot Your Password?"e; link on login page.
Please note:You can place an order without logging in. Simply proceed as a "guest" during checkout.

Q: How come your prices are so much lower than my Vets?
A: Your vet has higher overhead expenses. Building, equipment, staff, advertising, continuing education, and professional dues making it impossible to sell the drugs at our prices. Keep in mind your vet is NOT overcharging, they need to charge what they do to keep from losing money.

Q: Can you send medications out of the USA?
A: We cannot guarantee delivery in countries outside the USA. Customs law varies for each country. Most countries allow the importation of pet medicines. Check with your own countries regulations before ordering.
